There is a new Starbox PRO.
We called it 2.1.1, but in all honesty, it should have been Starbox PRO v3, considering the huge amount of changes inside.
Many things inside the plugin were re-written completely, which is why this update took such a long time to make it to the public.
The code is different, better structured.

You get a new UI inside and a new UX, to make everything better. We’ve learned a lot from the clients who used the first v2 of Starbox PRO and saw the changes we need to make.
Starbox v1 had a very long period of time for iterations (2013 to 2023), but Starbox PRO had only (Feb 2024 – Aug 2024). That (aug 2024) was the time we began re-writing many things inside.

There are many Author Box themes inside created for multiple purposes.
Some will allow for longer names, some for shorter names.
Some will be perfect for very few words, and incredible visuals, while others will be perfect for very long BIO texts that will have you prove Authority in a certain field (which boosts EEAT and SEO).
For those of you who have personal blogs, or blog for personal brands, you can now welcome everyone to your WWW home, by greeting them with a special author box that lives inside the sidebar of your blog. That way, you easily show them who you are and what you’re all about. Visitors will easily associate you with the blog or the brand.
We’ve done incredible amounts of research to bring you some very modern and very good author boxes, so you will NEVER feel that you’re behind the world’s most professional bloggers and influencers when it comes to the way in which you show WHO you are on your blog (or online magazine, even).
Does this big upgrade cost me money?
For those of you who have active accounts and active subscriptions, there is nothing else to pay. Just update today and enjoy.
Critical to know:
- According to the Starbox PRO v2 versions that you’ve had before, some of you may need to re-connect your license keys.
If you get the feeling that you make changes to the author boxes, but the changes don’t get saved, it means your key was lost. Go to Customer.DigitalPackGlobal.com (to our Customer App at Squirrly) and copy your token again.
2. You might need to add a new author box for a new author, editor, or admin on your WordPress site.
This will be done to trigger the on-boarding process to take place once more, which will ensure Display Settings are made properly with the new system and also it ensures that the General Author Box (applied by default to any author) gets to be saved with the new kinds of settings we have inside.
